Once again the law firm of Anderson, Pedersen, Deneen and Hay prove why they are the busiest videogaming lawyers in Minnesota. We are also the least busy (unbusiest?) because why would someone go to Minnesota for law advice regarding video games? Nevertheless, we discuss the new “no-class-action” fun of the Microsoft TOS with a level of reverence you’ve come to expect from YAGS. We also talk about Oregon Trail, Ashley’s appearance in Gamepro oh so many moons ago (the only one we could find was from Ashley’s MySpace page. And here’s a closeup), and why Skyrim is making Evan sad. There’s some stuff about Police Academy in there, too.
