One of our goals in 2014 is to get further afield, to sample the rich bounty outside the Twin Cities proper.
But we aren’t the kind of people that just jump in the deep end and pray we don’t drown. So rather than head into the unforgiving wilderness of say, Plymouth or god forbid Blaine, the guys check out the recently opened Digby’s in Rosedale Mall. Dave returns from the Great American Southwest with tales of In-And-Outs, pork of many kinds (which is Evan’s ceremonial title) and stupid fear of the unknown. Evan just eats too fast.
