The Voice Behind Episode 1 – Yuri Lowenthal
Welcome, everyone, to the latest offspring of the Fancy Pants Gangsters netcast network, The Voice Behind <dramatic music sting>. Every week about this time, Evan will interview some of best and brightest, most known and unknown amongst the ranks of voice actors, those shadowy lads and lasses who bring life to your animated characters and video games, sooth your wallet hand on commercials, and generally do all the things that a regular actor does without the actually being seen part.
This week we start with the co-author of Voice Over Voice Actor, who also happens to voice Sasuke on Naruto and Sandal from Dragon Age 1 and 2, the dashing and clever Yuri Lowenthal! Yuri talks about how a character’s popularity can make him smarter, the trials and treasures of making your own content and why IMDB is a den of lies. (oh by the way, the pic is from one of our brother shows, Who Asked You. Yuri is the guy on the right, aka not the bearded yodeler).
