Ep. 600 – Looking Back While Cringing
You’d think after 600 episodes we’d remember not to do live math.
As if to prove that the guys can’t follow a plan even if that plan is “have no plan”, what was supposed to be dealer’s choice as far as culinary theme became “Vietnamese Places we visited years ago”, as Dave goes for a Wok In The Park for the first time in 8 years while Evan goes all the way back to double-digit episode numbers and Quang’s.
The guys spend the first portion of the show comparing egg roll sizes before Dave starts talking about his house cleaning/coming to grips with age and Evan tries to justify his increasingly hobbit-like life. They also talk about the post-pandemic skyways plus the standard dad-jokes-that-aren’t-really-dad-jokes, unfortunate metaphors, and debate about nonsense that you’ve come to expect from the previous 598 episodes (there was one good one. You know the one).
