It’s several weeks/months away, but already State Fair fever has begun, so this week the guys head out to the non-fairground location of one of the newest vendors at the Great Minnesota Eat Together, QueViet. Dave talks a bit about his trip down to Place Where The Gators Are, a land filled with tap cocktails and disappointing brisket. Evan reviews Lift Bridge’s root beer and has problems with basic weather science. And of course, the guys start to break down what they are looking forward to on this years State Fair New Foods List.
