Capes & Crepes Episode 2 – Screen Time
Adam & Dan pulls themselves away from the talkies long enough to discuss what they’ve been watching.
This week Adam & Dan talk TV and upcoming movies. The guys geek out over the trailer for Captain America: Civil War, specifically focusing on the introduction to Black Panther to the MCU. They then remain cautiously optimistic after the latest preview for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which then leads them sharing their favorite Batman vs. Superman stories.
The transition is then made to the small screen where the recent Flash/Arrow crossover is loved on plenty, with a bonus history lesson on the “Hawks” from Dan as both guys get psyched for Legends of Tomorrow. They then old man grumble about CBS’ instant streaming service while also raving about Supergirl (and another quick history lesson from Dan on Red Tornado).
Some comic talk finally occurs with Adam raving about the new Daredevil series from Marvel and Dan sells us on Sheriff of Babylon from Vertigo and the newest Doctor Strange series from Marvel.
Oh yeah, and the show gets a sponsor two episodes in, the fantastic Golden’s Deli in Lowertown St. Paul.
