The Voice Behind Episode 65 – Carlos Alazraqui
Listen to the story about how a simple standup from northern California became a Wallaby sex line operator.
Carlos Alazraqui went right from the comedy stage to the small screen as the lead in seminal 90s series Rocko’s Modern Life (bringing fellow then-unknown Tom Kenny with him) and has since appeared in Disney’s Planes, The Life And Times of Juniper Lee, Fairly Odd Parents and many more animated shows. Carlos talks with Evan about doing a subtle character vs a crazy one, embracing his Latin heritage in characters and trying to make live cartoon script reads a thing.
If you are in California you can find Carlos along with several other voice actors this weekend at Putting For Pups. Because voice people love dogs, apparently.
