Actually no smash skillets or whatevers were discussed this week, as the guys meet for breakfast at Book Club (which is not, despite our hopes, about books with a central piece of bread). Evan does talk about his recent trip to Indianapolis, where the pork tenderloins are massive and…not much else is worth discussing.
The unexplainable concept of “insult restaurants”, the equally unexplainable trend of not having breakfast food trucks, the relative merits of Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and how the ladies love bourbon all get air time this week as the guys struggle to get back on schedule before the grueling culinary undertaking that is the State Fair.
